Description

We were appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator, working directly for Eastbourne Borough Council. Our services included development of the client brief, preparation and submission of the National Lottery Heritage Fund Round Two bid, and ongoing cost and progress reporting to funders throughout the project. The scheme was delivered using a traditional procurement route.

The project was multi funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund (TNLHF), Arts Council England, South East England Devolpment Agency and Eastbourne Borough Council.
