Cragg Management are a specialist Arts and Heritage sector Project Management Company with extensive experience of working on National Lottery Heritage Funded (NLHF) and Arts Council England (ACE) funded projects.
We provide clients with fully flexible and interactive Project Management services for galleries, museums, places of worship, Grade I and Grade II listed buildings and Scheduled Ancient Monuments.
In 2002, Nicholas Cragg set up Cragg Management in order to specialise in this field. Our team members are similarly experienced professionals allowing Cragg to provide dedicated Project Managers to each project.

Our company is based in Brighton with an additional office in Edinburgh. Owing to our flexible approach, we can service projects throughout the country: our current portfolio of projects includes those in London, Lincoln, Glasgow, Portsmouth, and Manchester. Furthermore, we have worked overseas with projects in Kenya, West Africa and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Acting as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent, Cragg Management safeguards our clients’ interests throughout the construction process. We are experienced in JCT and NEC contracts and apply a clear, methodical approach to managing change, progress, and compliance. Our focus is always on maintaining fair, transparent relationships between client and contractor, while ensuring design intent and budget are protected. We issue instructions, assess variations, certify payments, and monitor performance with precision and professionalism. Across heritage and public-sector projects alike, we combine procedural accuracy with pragmatic problem-solving — keeping projects compliant, collaborative, and on course for successful completion.
