Jacksons Lane is located in North London, housed in a Grade II listed former church. The venue currently includes:

A 166-seat theatre
One large and four small studio spaces
Backstage and office space
Foyer with café/bar

Project Scope

The redevelopment project focuses on the renovation and modernisation of Jacksons Lane’s multi-purpose creation and education spaces.

Upgrades & Improvements

Replacement of all electrics, mechanics, heating, cooling, lighting, and ventilation
Upgrades designed to be more carbon neutral and sustainable
Accessibility improvements throughout the building

CM supported the project through planning and delivery, ensuring that renovation works balanced the building’s heritage status with the need for modern, accessible, and sustainable facilities.
