Our Role
We were appointed as Project Manager to deliver the restoration and improvement works to the existing 800-seat theatre and auditorium. Our role has included managing the project through the development phase and continuing into delivery, ensuring the scheme is progressed on time, within budget and in line with heritage, operational and funding requirements.
We worked closely with the client team to secure successful Heritage Lottery Fund Round One and Round Two awards and led the project through the development phase, integrating design, activity planning, business planning and conservation planning.
