Description
Cragg Management Services was appointed in late 2025 as project manager. We assembled and now manage the capital design team (architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor, and mechanical and electrical services), coordinating their input across the capital desires. We have supported the appointment of non-capital specialist consultants (evaluation and interpretation), managed procurement and consultant contracts, and steered cost planning through RIBA 2 and into Stage 3. We lead liaison with statutory bodies (Building Control, Cathedral Fabric Commission for England, Historic England) and manage the programme towards planning submission and NLHF Round 2 delivery application, balancing design quality, heritage compliance, and cost certainty.

Scope and Outcomes
DEVELOPMENT STAGE (in progress, through August 2027):
Capital design development to RIBA Stage 3, advancing towards Stage 4 readiness

Structured post-occupancy evaluation and building performance monitoring throughout operational life
