Strategy, Planning and Feasibility

We translate objectives into a clear and deliverable strategy. This includes strategic planning, master planning where required and the identification of key tasks, risks and dependencies.

Feasibility and funding reviews are undertaken at an early stage to ensure proposals are viable and capable of progressing without unnecessary delay. Our approach provides clarity, structure and a strong foundation for decision-making.

Funding and Approvals

We have extensive experience in managing funding-led projects and supporting clients through complex approval processes. This includes preparing and coordinating funding applications to bodies such as the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) and Arts Council England (ACE).

We ensure that projects align fully with funder requirements, while maintaining ongoing liaison with funding bodies, monitors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Delivery and Management

During delivery we provide structured, proactive project management to maintain momentum and control. We coordinate consultant and contractor teams, manage information flow and act as a central point of contact for the client.

Regular communication and clear reporting ensure clients remain fully informed and involved, while issues are identified early and resolved efficiently.

Quality, Cost and Completion

Quality, cost and risk are carefully managed throughout the project. We monitor progress against programme and budget, implement robust cost control procedures and maintain a strong focus on quality assurance.

At completion, we oversee evaluation, commissioning and handover, ensuring that all contractual, funding and client requirements are satisfied. Our aim is a smooth transition into occupation or operation, with clarity, confidence and full client approval.
