Funding Strategy & Early Advice

We provide early strategic advice to help clients understand funding opportunities and how these align with their project objectives. This includes identifying appropriate funding bodies, advising on eligibility and timescales and ensuring proposals are structured to meet funder expectations.

Feasibility & Eligibility Assessment

We support clients in developing robust feasibility information to underpin funding bids. This includes reviewing project scope, costs, risks and deliverability, particularly in the context of heritage assets and complex sites.

Eligibility criteria are carefully assessed to ensure projects meet funder requirements and are positioned strongly prior to submission, reducing the risk of delay.

Funding Applications & Submissions

We have extensive experience preparing and coordinating funding applications, including submissions to the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) and Arts Council England (ACE).

Working closely with the client and consultant team, we manage the preparation of supporting information, cost data, programmes and risk assessments, ensuring applications are clear, compliant and well-evidenced.

Grant Management & Compliance

Once funding is secured, we support clients in managing grant conditions and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This includes aligning project delivery with approved scopes, programmes and budgets, and ensuring changes are appropriately reviewed and agreed.

We provide ongoing advice to help clients navigate funder requirements while maintaining momentum and control during delivery.

Monitoring, Reporting & Drawdown

We manage and coordinate funder reporting, including progress updates and financial reporting. Clear audit trails are maintained to support transparency and accountability, particularly for publicly funded projects.
