Project Details:

The King Abdulaziz Centre of World Culture is a $450 Million project which includes 3 major exhibition / gallery spaces, library, conference centre, restaurants and commercial / retail development. Our role was as project managers and advisors in relation to the Interpretation and Exhibition fit out works. The exhibition and fit out works budget were $12 Million.

CM's role comprised the development of the detailed client brief for the exhibition design and content requirements as well as the preparation of a comprehensive design brief for the architects and capital build works. The appointment included the preparation of a full Project Brief, Project Execution Plan, Project Management Plan and overall project delivery.
