Nick is actively involved in all projects, overseeing a team of project managers and liaising with clients, contractors and consultants, as well as managing specific projects. Nick has over 32 years’ in the construction management industry and has over 15 years’ experience specialising exclusively on project managing arts and heritage projects working with NLHF and ACE as funders and numerous Charitable Trusts, Local Authorities and other interested parties. Nick is an RICS Chartered Surveyor, Project Manager, a NLHF Lead Monitor and ACE Construction Advisor.
Sally has been with Cragg since 2002 and is responsible for the overall company accounts and personnel welfare.
Sally is a qualified Counsellor.
Orlando joined Cragg Management in the summer of 2018. He is an experienced Senior Project Manager with some 17 years’ experience of UK, Middle East and Asian projects, including heritage and arts projects. With his experience across a range of property types including religious buildings, museums, art galleries and listed public sector buildings, he makes a perfect addition to our team.
Megan has been with Cragg Management since 2006, she has a specialist knowledge of Listed Buildings and Scheduled Ancient Monuments. Megan has managed the submission of NLHF projects and prepares and submits all NLHF progress reports and drawdown applications on behalf of clients. Megan also heads our fundraising department developing not only strategies required for funders but also preparing, submitting and securing funding.
Jon’ s role is one of Senior Project Manager and Employers Agent, he uses his architectural background to provide specialist input on architectural evaluation of proposals, feasibility and build ability assessments and final sign off of works completed. Jon is also appointed as an NLHF Monitor and has a portfolio of projects that he is appointed on.
Michael has over 30 years’ experience in both modern and historic projects including Scheduled Ancient Monuments and Grade listed buildings. Michael has a broad base of skills and experience including project management and delivery, facilities and estate management, contract negotiations, stakeholder management and Team leadership. Michael joined Cragg Management in 2018.
A Project Management for Construction Graduate, Andre supports the Project Managers on various projects, whilst working towards accreditations such as the APM, CIOB and RICS. Day to day Andre, manages the information flow between all sub-contractors and Lead Project Manager, whilst putting together packages for some of the smaller tender items.
Adam has over 12 years’ experience of working within the property and construction industry. His experience covers the delivery of projects from inception to completion. Adam is skilled in the management and execution of construction projects on both consultant and client sides.
Adam joined our team in 2019.
Damian has been working with us since 2015, he heads the operations and development side of the business.
Damian is also involved with projects, offering support to our project managers.
Victoria joined Cragg Management in 2013, she oversees the day to day operations of Cragg Management, and supports the managing director and staff.
Victoria's role involves managing the office organisation, administration, finances and marketing.
Harvey is a leading specialist in front end creative project direction, project management and design with involvement in over 100 museums, visitor attractions/centres, exhibitions, galleries, heritage projects, listed and national monuments, unique and bespoke interiors, retail environments, themed atmospheres, brand development, World Expo pavilions, feature sculpture projects, fine art and creative public realm and display projects around the world. In 2002 Harvey was elected as an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
