Our Role

We were appointed as Arts Council England advisors, working closely with the Mercury Theatre team to support the final stages of their development project. Our role focused on providing strategic and practical guidance to assist with successful completion, readiness for opening and compliance with Arts Council England requirements.

Project Details

Working in an advisory capacity, we supported the theatre through the transition from construction to occupation, helping to address delivery, operational and funding-related considerations associated with bringing a major cultural project into use.

Our involvement ensured that the project objectives were met and that the theatre was well positioned for successful opening and ongoing operation as a key cultural venue.
