Project Details:

East London Dance and Urban Development are working together on this project with the aim to create the UK’s first national talent house for urban culture within the Sugar House Island Development.

The funding will enable the fit out of an historic warehouse and the modern extensions, the fit-out has been designed by Citizens Design Bureau (architectural practice).

Building works are underway and the internal fit out will commence later this year.

CM are acting as the Project Manager to oversee the developer led build works and deliver the fit out of the internal spaces.
